1. Introduction:

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of The Social Club SARLs website ("the Website") and the purchase of tickets for art events and private events ("the Events") organized by The Social Club SARLs ("the Company").

2. Ticket Sales:

   - Tickets purchased through the Website are non-refundable.

   - Deposits for private events are non-refundable.

   - All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

 

3. Age Requirement:

   - All attendees must be 18 years of age or older to attend events that serve alcohol.

   - Valid photo identification proving age must be presented upon entry to events serving alcohol.

 

4. Liability:

   - The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during the Events.

   - Attendees participate in the Events at their own risk and discretion.

 

5. Event Modifications:

   - The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel Events at its discretion.

   - In the event of a cancellation, attendees will be notified, and refunds will be issued if applicable.

6. Ticket Refund&Cancelation

   - The Social Club SARLs does not issue any refunds, all of the purchases are final

   - In case the customer cannot attend event rescheduling is possible the latest 2 days before the start of    the event. In case of rescheduling please email us at contact@thesocialclub.lu

7. Intellectual Property:

   - All content, including but not limited to logos, artwork, and event descriptions, on the Website is the property of The Social Club SARLs and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy Policy:

   - The Company respects the privacy of its customers and complies with all applicable data protection laws.

   - Personal information collected during ticket purchases will only be used for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law:

   - These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and any disputes arising from them shall be resolved in the courts of Grand Duchy

   - By purchasing tickets through the Website, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.

   - It is the responsibility of the customer to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates or changes.
